Trion a premier Employee Benefit Consulting Firm is launching a Property Casualty Brokerage operation. We are looking for world class insurance professionals to join this dynamic organization in key “ground floor“ positions.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Commerical Account Manager handles all service and agency processing of clients. Follows agency workflow, provides billing and checks policies and processes renewals, supports account executives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supports Account Executives by managing routine client service issues i.e. policy changes, carrier requests, billing/collection’s
- Manages and review’s timeliness and accuracy of new and renewal policies
- Manages the issuance of certificates of insurance and auto ID card’s
- Maintains client records and agency data requirements in agency management system
- Supports A/E’s in management of the renewal process
- Provides support with presentation and desk top publishing including proposals and carrier specifications
- Supports office administrative responsibilities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years experience as an insurance broker
- High School education or equivalent work experience
- Good oral/written communications skills
- Works well in a collaborative environment
- Licensed in property/casualty
- Excellent computer/automation skills
- Experienced and proficient with Excel , Word, and other database programs
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Solid insurance coverage and technical knowledge
Preferred:
- Sagitta and /or Applied systems knowledge
