Trion a premier Employee Benefit Consulting Firm is launching a Property Casualty Brokerage operation. We are looking for world class insurance professionals to join this dynamic organization in key “ground floor“ positions.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Provides claim consulting services to support Trion’s value proposition and client stewardship commitments. In this role they will help clients to mitigate losses, supports producers with new business, and manage the performance of carriers and TPA’s.

They will also works with clients as a claims advocate by assisting client’s select TPA’s, and facilitating coverage issues and dispute resolution with carriers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advocate for clients with claims issues
  • Supports Producer’s and Account Executives in managing Trion’s value proposition and stewardship commitment’s
  • Knowledge of carrier and TPA claims reserving/payment/servicing practices
  • Proficient in claim audits and file reviews
  • Experience in developing claims handling procedures, claims manual and special servicing instructions
  • Coordinates and evaluates for clients on reservation of rights and coverage declination’s

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15 years experience in brokerage/carrier claims
  • College education or equivalent work experience
  • Good oral/written communications skills
  • Strong track record of working successfully in a collaborative environment
  • Results and outcome oriented claims executive
  • Licensed in property/casualty
  • Notary

Preferred:

  • ARM
  • AIC

WORKING CONDITIONS

The work is performed in a normal office environment.
