King of Prussia, Pa. - December 14, 2007 - Employee benefits consulting and administration leader Trion has added Kevin Collins and Steve Sack to its growing team of professionals in the company’s Chicago office.
As central client leader, Collins will serve Trion's clients by providing benefits programs that maximize productivity, control costs and meet the needs of the large employer marketplace. Sack, who has been named central practice leader, will manage and direct the central region’s consulting strategy, ensuring that best practices are shared throughout the region. Sack will also manage Trion’s local relationships within the central region’s vendor community.
Prior to joining Trion, Collins served as senior account executive of large case practice at Unum. He also held various roles with The Hartford, Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance and Union Mutual. In addition to providing Trion with his vast sales expertise, Collins brings critical skills in executive-level account management, underwriting and client relationship management to support Trion’s growing central market.. Collins currently resides in Chicago with his wife and three sons, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lake Forest College.
Sack comes to Trion from Assurant Employee Benefits, where he served as Regional Sales Manager. He previously held the position of vice president for Aetna. Sack has alsoserved as a regional manager with Hartford Life Insurance Company andCanada Life Assurance Company. He studied business administration at the University of Arkansas and the University of Northern Iowa. Today, Sack lives in Winnetka, Ill. and has two sons.
