On March 23, 2010 the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act (PPACA) was signed into law. Provisions included changes requiring employers, insurance carriers and individuals to make changes in their health care insurance plans. To help you understand what it all means, we have created and continue to maintain this repository, which includes key summaries, timelines, and detailed overviews of the legislation’s key provisions.
