2019 Leaves Of Absence Survey
The Trion 2019 Leaves of Absence (LOA) survey is a comprehensive study of large employer leaves of absence practices. Trion conducts this survey bi-annually to provide participants with information about common leaves of absence policy design and administrative practices. Our client experiences indicate that leaves of absence in the workplace continue to present challenges for employers, and with the legislative environment so active, it doesn’t appear things will get easier for employers any time soon.
